The National Restaurant Association announces a new feature at its International Wine, Spirits & Beer (IWSB), the menu pairing event. IWSB is held in conjunction with NRA show 2009 at Chicago’s McCormick Place and is the restaurant and hospitality industries only forum focused exclusively on operator beverage alcohol-related needs. To round out the exhibits and free education sessions, the new food-alcohol pairings event will showcase how tying hot trends to the versatility of beverage alcohol can enhance the guest experience and ultimately profitability.
