The IWSB Restaurant Menu Pairing Program is an opportunity for Chicago's top restaurants to be paired with Beverage Producers from around the globe. Your chefs will work with sommeliers, mixologists and brew masters to create a unique pairing experience for IWSB buyers and attendees.
