TARGET AUDIENCE: CONVENTIONS

We are contracted by Show Managers of several CITY WIDE CONVENTIONS to create a business lunch "Bistro" on the Show Floor of a Convention. We create a custom website to promote the Bistro and to facilitate the purchase of table reservations for exhibitors and individual tickets for attendees.

As a part of our agreement with the Show Manager, a link to the Bistro website is hosted on their Annual Meeting website and frequent (twice monthly) e-blasts are sent to Exhibitors and attendees to promote the Bistro lunch area. Online Feature during the trip planning process:

Your Ads can be featured on e-blasts to Exhibitors and Attendees and your logo gets prominent placement on the Bistro website, giving you DIRECT ACCESS to conventioneers during the trip planning process.

Face-to-Face with Conventioneers: We will distribute your marketing materials during the convention from our Bistro lunch areas. This can be coupons, special offers, menus, or flyers. We also BOOK RESERVATIONS for conventioneers on the spot, right on the show floor. This service is offered exclusively to our Advertising Partners.
