First Look for Charity, Chicago Auto Show's benevolent black-tie event, is among Chicago's biggest single-day charity events. This affair serves as an exclusive preview of the nation’s largest auto show featuring many hundreds of new vehicles, some on display for the first time anywhere. Guests will be transported through an evening of opulence not present during the general public portion of the Chicago Auto Show. Since its inception, First Look has raised over $50 million for several local Charities.

To participate in FLFC2020 as a restaurant sponsor, please fill out the information below. Menu items and equipment needs are due on 1/6/2020!

Load-in & Load-out Instructions
Load-in Time

Sponsors are permitted to load in starting at 4pm or earlier by appointment. Let us know ASAP if you need extra time. Stations must be set, staffed, and ready to serve by 6:30pm. Please allow extra time for traffic and construction and an extra 30 minutes for load-in, as MCPL is a very large building.

How to get to the McCormick Place Marshalling Yard:
Take Lake Shore Drive to 31st Street Exit.  Turn right in the pass-thru just north of 31st Street.  At this point, you are heading north on Moe Dr. towards McCormick Place.  The first building on the left is the Marshalling office.  Please stop here to get your dock pass.

Load-in Procedure
Proceed in your delivery vehicle to the truck-marshaling yard, located on the West side of Moe Drive, approximately 500 yards North of 31st Street. You MUST stop at the marshaling office FIRST and load in through the loading dock ONLY.  Security is very strict, You CANNOT load in anywhere but through the loading dock.

Upon Arrival
Check in at the GES desk, located inside the Marshaling Office. A representative from GES will issue a dock and parking certificate and give you directions to the appropriate dock for drop off. Click Here to download a map of McCormick Place with marked load in docks.

At The Dock / Transporting Goods to Station
You will receive wristbands and security passes for each of your team members. Your staff will be denied access to the event without them! Once your staff is on the show floor, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO LEAVE AS THEY WILL NOT BE RE-ADMITTED. Event staff from Toque & Bottle will be present at each dock with carts to help unload your vehicle and transport your food, platters, and decorations to your assigned station. We will have a limited number of carts to help transportation. If you have a cart or carts of your own, please bring them with you. Stations must be completely set, attractive, and ready to serve by 6:30pm sharp!

Cocktail Stations
Two (unless otherwise specified) six-foot tables, BLACK linens, and a sign will be provided for you. Equipment and power requests must be submitted, and are subject to availability.

Savory Food Stations
Four (4) six-foot tables (unless previously arranged), BLACK linens, a floral arrangement, and disposables you have requested (ex: plates, forks) will be at your station upon arrival. Equipment and power requests must be submitted, and are subject to availability.

Dessert Food Stations
Two (2) 60-inch round tables (unless previously arranged), BLACK linens, a floral arrangement, and disposables you have requested (ex: plates, forks) will be at your station upon arrival. Equipment and power requests must be submitted, and are subject to availability.

Staff Arriving After Load-In
If you have staff arriving separately (not with your food or beverage delivery), please have them check in with Toque & Bottle staff in the Grand Concourse on level 2.5. There will be a small table with LIME GREEN linen to the right as you are walking up to the main concourse.

Tear Down & Load Out
At 11pm, Toque & Bottle staff will assist in dismantling your station. Assigned personnel will return to the show floor with carts to help pick up your equipment and return it to the dock. Please remove all of your items completely at the conclusion of the event. Trash bins, which should be used for all disposable items, will be located in the service areas. America's largest Auto Show opens to the public the next morning so it is imperative that we remove all items and garbage from the show floor.

*No carts are allowed on the show floor until the event ends at 11pm. If your food or beverage items run out before the end of the event, please clear the dirty service items from the station and leave the linen on the tables.
